Founded by Hana Chong in 2026, OPORA is an independent jewelry atelier based in Athens and New York.

Drawing from contemporary art, Mediterranean material culture and Hana’s personal connection to Greece, OPORA creates sculptural jewelry through unexpected compositions of natural stones, pearls, ceramics and vintage objects.

Each piece is individually designed and assembled in small quantities. The atelier works with Athenian lapidaries, stone specialists and independent workshops, with an emphasis on materiality, provenance and craftsmanship.
